Shipping Information

All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Ireland.
Orders typically ship within 3–7 days of your purchase date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on Irish public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

IRELAND

All shipping of original artworks within Republic of Ireland is free of charge and sent via An Post or for larger paintings by courier.

Shipping of Editions is in a sturdy postal tube at a cost of €9.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via An Post or DHL, depending on the destination.

For orders under the value of €3000 the shipping fee is a flat rate of €25 to UK/EU and €80 for the rest of the world.

For orders over the value for €3000 a separate shipping invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase. Alternatively please email info@petrialenehan.com ahead of your purchase to discuss.


Please note that all sales are final, and any customs duties or import taxes due upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy

All original paintings and prints are final sale.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me — I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All items should be checked upon receipt. If there are any issues, please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order so that I can assist.
